Automated evaluation of ecologic quality of Podil Dniester water system according to hydrochemical indexes has been conducted in the paper. Taking into consideration the results of analytic research, the general tendency of ecologic quality deterioration of Podil economic. Based on the method of general automated evaluation of Podil Dniester water resources and the indexes of hydrochemical quality, architectonics of GIS-information system has been worked out during the research.
