The thesis work comprehensively investigates the phenomena of informational interaction in the sphere of political power in modern large city of Ukraine. Subject of studies emerges system of local information interactions in the Donetsk politic-powerful field. Objectives of thesis work are a revealing the mechanisms and cognitive schemes of political information functioning in communication network of modern Ukrainian megapolis with the determination of real condition of formed rules and forms of interactions and possible obstacles in communication processes, as well as ways to their optimization as the facility of improvement of political management in the Ukraine. Symbolic interactionism, theories of self-reference systems, symbolic space and field are the main conceptual-methodological basis of the research. Empirical verification of the theoretical provisions of this study was carried out on the example of Donetsk city. The study presents regulatory pattern of informational interactions, principlesand rules. Here we consider the direct and indirect levels of informational political-power interrelations with the analysis of types, structures, functions and subjects' statutes. Based on statistics data, social and monitoring surveys, experts' polls, content- and discourse-analysis, we studied the existing ideal and actual patterns of interactions, their forms, content and methods of organization of informational interaction on the city level. The major threats, obstacles and perspectives of city interaction systems were defined.
