Object - Sharp destructive pancreatitis (SDP) that its is purulent-septic complications, methods of diagnostics, preventive maintenance and treatment; methods - clinical, microbiological, mycological, bacteriological, morphological, histologic, clinical-laboratory, clinical-biochemical, statistically-analytical; novelty is developed mathematical model SDP, established diagnostic and forecasting value of the most important symptoms SP; the simplified estimated scale of development of destructive changes at patients SP, parameters infection the centers деструкции is offered, the expediency of its application is estimated; pathogenetic application of a way of sanitation of a belly cavity is proved at a destructive pancreatitis with use continuous of lavage and sorbents; efficiency of the offered program of treatment is estimated, the expediency of its application in conditions of clinical practice is shown; results - are improved results of complex treatment of patients SDP by the profound studying a role of microflora and infringements of a homeostasis in it pathogenesis, definitions of specific features of current of disease, improvement and development of new methods of surgical treatment SDP; branch – medicine.
