Shamray I. Legal bases for establishment of financial institutions in Ukraine and licensing their operations

The concept of the "financial institution" (in particular on the basis of comperative analysis of the Ukrainian legislation and the legislation of some foreign countries) has been analysed and determined, it's correlation to the concept of a "bank" has been determined, different kinds of financial institutions have been determined. A legal bases and particular qualities of a legal regulation of the creation of financial institutions in Ukraine and licensing their operations have been researched in complex; a legal problems that arise in the process of legitimation of financial institutions in Ukraine have been ascertained and the concrete suggestions concerning improvement of legal regulation of the creation process of financial institutions in Ukraine and licensing their operations have been validated.
