Essay

The model "institutional environment - competitive environment - competitive relations" is proposed in dissertation. The institutional features of Ukraine's transition to the competitive market and institutional environments problems are analyzed. The mail institutional obstacles which prevent competіtion are outlined. The ways of competition restrictions overcoming, such as: perfection of competitive relations in view of path-dependence, realization of involved groups interests, reform of state aid system are designated.
