Vorona P. Explication of local self-government in the programs of political parties of Ukraine

Object of research: perfection of the system of local self-government in Ukraine. Purpose: ground of ways of perfection of the system of local self-government, generalization of forms and selection of basic models of development of relation of organs of local self-government and organs of executive power. Methods: complex structural analysis, unity of logical comparison and analogy, scientific authentication and classification. Results: selection and scientific description of three models of the system of local self-government: radical, evolutional, soviet. Novelty: program positions of political parties on construction of the system of local self-government in Ukraine are generalized. It is inculcated by Committee on the questions of science and education of Supreme Rada of Ukraine, by the Poltava regional soviet, Poltava regional state administration. Areas of use: state administration, local self-government, training and retraining of state serving and post persons of local self-government.
