Phomits’ka N. Realization of the state power at the territorial level

Object of research: process of realizing state power in Ukraine at the oblast and regional levels. The purpose: theoretical grounding and scientific-methodological provision of organizational and legal basis for realizing the state power at the territorial level. Methods: the method of complex analysis, induction and deduction, structural and functional methods were applied. Results: the basis were grounded for territorial power organization and enhancement of the effectiveness of its realization. Novelty: theoretical grounding of scientific approaches to developing methods of organizational and legal provision of territorial powerful authorities’ activity. The results were implemented in the activity of the Dergachivska regional state administration of Kharkiv oblast and Chief Department of Labor and Social Protection of Population of Kharkiv Oblast State Administration. Spheres of usage: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of public servants.
