3. The results of mathematical and experimental design of thermo-physical properties and salt solutions temperatures freezing difference are presented in work. The processes of thermo and mass transfer at the water block freezing from them in the conditions of natural and forced convection also are presented. The results of experimental researches of the temperatures and concentrations fields in block freezer and kinetics of separation process are presented.The results of generalization of experimental researches are presented as equalizations for the calculation of the Black sea water and industrial sewages of vine-making enterprise temperatures freezing difference and equalization for the calculation of density of vine-making enterprise industrial sewages, criterion equalizations for the calculation of thermo and mass exchange coefficients at the water block freezing from salt solutions.
