Vasylenka N. The development and use of personnel in a system of resources providing agricultural enterprises

The object of research: process of personnel formation and use at agricultural enterprises in the context of labour potential development of in rural regions. The purpose of research: development of set of actions and recommendations as to improvement of process of formation and increase of efficient use of personnel in system of resource providing agricultural enterprises. Methods: systematical and structural; abstract and logical; analysis and synthesis; comparative analysis; economic and statistical; calculative and constructional; monographical. Theoretical and practical results: Theoretical principles conclusions and offers as to improvement process of formation and increase of efficient use of personnel, developed in the thesis, deepen system approaches as to its studying and determine base for allocation and solution of problems of effective formation and use of personnel, development of new strategy of social and economic development of labour potential in rural regions. Research novelty: forthe first time model of a comparative estimation in statics and dynamics of labour potential of rural region with use of integrated mathematics, the theory of indistinct sets and theory's of opportunities has been developed and approved; system of indicators of efficiency of use of the personnel use at agricultural enterprises and their factors considering modern peculiarities of statistical information and the accounting report is specified; methodical approaches as to an estimation of formation, development and use of personnel at agricultural enterprises are improved; set of actions as to improvement of formation and to increase of efficient use of personnel at agrarian sector of economy within the framework of balanced development of rural regions is advanced; modern view on essence of categories "personnel" and "labour potential" at different hierarchical levels, scientific approaches as to forecasting of employment of rural population and number of personnel at agricultural enterprises, mechanism of maintenance of effective employment of rural population have been further developed. Degree of introduction: the research's results are taken for introduction to the main board of agro-industrial development of Lviv State regional administration, Board of work and social protection of population in a Zovkva district, regional centre of employment in a Zovkva district, and are used in the lectural course at Lviv State Agrarian University. Efficiency: results of researches prove new approaches as to improvement of formation and increase of efficient use of personnel in agrarian sector under conditions of new strategy of social and economic development of labour potential in rural regions.
