The current legislation for the security of trademark rights has both essential gaps and clashes of legal standards. These and others defects still don’t obtain sufficient scientific evaluation and proper recommendations to their correction, and the level of the exploration of this problem both in the whole legislation of Ukraine and in the science of adminis¬trative law are insufficient. The problem of administrative security of trade¬mark rights is explored a little, that influ-enced on the quality level of Ukraine’s legislation, which provides administrative responsibility for violation of trade-mark rights. The analysis of the current legislation and the practice of law application of administrative responsibility for viola¬tion of trademark rights has been done. In this dis-sertation research it mainly pays attention to the develop-ment of the suggestions for improvement ad¬ministrative security in the field of intellectual property according to the trademark and their theoretical determination.tual property according to the trademark and their theoretical determination.
