Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of diag-nostic, treatment tactics and rehabilitation patients with spinal cord injury on lumbar level with different level of injury. It was established that movement disorders were presented as mixed paralysis with denervation processes of various severity in different muscle groups, with result in form mus-cle contractures, neurotrophic changing, development breach mobility. Micturition disorders were resulting from sacral and suprasacral injury. The combination of nocicep-tive and neuropathic pain was observed. The improvement of life quality due to the health status was a result of com-plex rehabilitation program use.
