Essay

The dissertation is devoted to to the study brain trauma caused by seizures in 110 patients. The analysis of re-ceived data allowed us to determinate the group of risk and structure of brain trauma caused by seizures. It was shown the features of clinic, neurological status and additional methods of investigations (CT, MRI, EEG) in this category of patients.Clinically, it was proved the efficacy of levetiracetam in patients with newly diagnosed epilepsy as monotherapy and in the complexly treatment in patients with brain trauma..
