The dissertation is concerned with the questions of theoretical and legal problems in the application of institute of administrative responsibility for offences in the realization of election and his providing of order. The science researches of lawyers, others Ukrainian and foreign legislation's specialists, the materials of administrative practice were analyzed. The author exposes essence, value of responsibility for violation of citizens' right to vote, legal and practical aspects of problems to use this institute. It is set the grounded conceptual scheme of scientific and applied positions, which directed on perfection of responsibility for offences in the realization of election and his providing of order that is set. A lot of changes are offered to the legislation about administrative responsibility with the purse of his perfection of legal defense to the right to vote of citizens.
