The dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological bases and improvement of the methodical approaches of formation of system of effective attraction of investment resources for increase of rational use and restoration of potential of ground resources. In work the modern condition of an investment of the investments in sphere of ground resources is analysed. The directions, ways and methods of attraction of the investments are determined, and also efficiency of their investments, the offers concerning improvement of an investment climate of land tenure are developed.
