Dorosh J. Ecology-economic Basis of Formation of Institute of Restrictions at Use of Lands

The Dissertation is devoted to development of methodological, methodical and practical approaches to ecology-economic formation of institute of restrictions and burdenings in land-use of the Kiev oblast region. Principles of formation of restrictions and burdenings at land-use are formulated. Being based on norms of the operating land, nature protection and town-planning legislation, principles of formation of restrictions and burdenings at use of lands, classification of restrictions and burdenings at use of lands are advanced and the logic structure of the methodological approach to formation of restrictions at land-use is offered. Directions of land management actions on formation of restrictions and burdenings are developed at use of agricultural purpose lands in schemes of land management and methodical approaches to an estimation of the halfreceived incomes by owners of land areas, which are burdened with restrictions.
