On the basis of the received data the way of forecasting of development of a acute pancreatitis has been advanced and developed - the medical program directed on the prevention of development and treatment of complication. Use of the developed program has enabled to lower development of a acute pancreatitis on 25.6% and mortality rate at patients with development of a pathology on 10.4%.
