Essay

It was established in the investigation that at brain circulation acute disorder (BCAD) animals brain hemispheres tissues antioxidant and haemostatic features changings occurred, there asymmetry were disappeared (this asymmetry is intact animals characteristics). It was delt with their antioxidant features corresponding redistribution. Peroxid lipid oxidation was weakened, animals brain hemispheres antioxidant features were increased under vitamins-antioxidants (A, E, С, Р) complex influence at BCAD. It was accompanied by platelets aggregation and blood coagulation diminishing. Brain tissues platelet-active features became non-changeable at this. Vitamins (A, E, С, Р) complex in intact animals enforced brain hemispheres platelet-active features on the background of blood aggregative qualities decreasing. Antiagregants (aspirin, indometacin, tiklid) weakened vitamins-antioxidants (A, E, C, P) pro-aggregative influence in different degree in intact animals brain tissues. Antiagregants didn't influence onbrain hemispheres tissues platelet-active features but decreased significantly their procoagulant and fibrinolytic qualities in parallel to hypocoagulative effect in blood at BCAD.
