Essay

New approaches for solving an actual hygienic problem concerning forecasting professional suitability of the military pilots participating in peacekeeping operations have been proposed. The work of pilot-peacekeepers in Liberia on parameters of harmful conditions, hardness and intensity has been appreciated. Three are allocated integrated factors models, which characterize professionally important psychophysiological, psychological, socially-important properties of helicopter-pilot-peacekeepers'. The features of the pilots' personal characteristics for maintenance successful peacekeeping activity have been revealed. On the basis of study professionally important psychophysiological and personal features the detailed multilevel algorithm of forecasting the helicopter-pilots' professional suitability to participate in peacekeeping operations which is using a system of integrated rating assessments have been developed.
