Chistilin D. The self-organization as an institutional mechanism of socio-economical system development

The object of the research lies in developing complex social and economic system. It consists of two subsystems interacting coevolutionary - an economic and a political one. The aim of the research consists in theoretical substantiation of transformation as a kind of self-organization in the context of developing social and economic systems. The methods of research are the following: the system analysis and the interdisciplinary approach. The theoretical and practical results are used in teaching the economic theory. The results can also be applied while submitting recommendations for the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine as to anti-crisis strategies of stable development and economic growth. The novelty of this research lies in introducing a new successively accomplished task of current importance. The task refers to the process of giving reasons for transforming the social and economic systems as a kind of self-organization in the context of developing social and economic systems. Thelevel of application. The results are successfully applied. The sphere of application is the Supreme Council and the Administration of the President of Ukraine. The results can be used for preparing legislative acts constituting institutional conditions of developing and implementing effective macroeconomic policy.
