Guley L. Substantiation of the complex therapy of acneous disease in women of the reproductive age considering the rate of sexual hormones and microcirculation of the skin state

The thesis is devoted to the actual problem of the modern dermatology and cosmetology - the improvement of acneous disease therapy in women of the reproductive age by means of establishing of the pathogeneticaly substantiated method of complex therapy on the background of the research of sex hormones rate and microcirculation of the skin state. The notion about pathogenic role of sexual hormonal disorders in mechanisms of acneous disease development in women of the reproductive age has reached the further development. It has been established for the first time the role of microcirculatory disorders and systemic and local changes of cytokines rate in pathogenesis of acneous disease. It has been found the original new highly effective pathogeneticaly substantiated method of complex therapy with a usage of phytoestrogenic drugs Eve-Care and Curantyl, which increases the efficiency of the therapy for 19,7 %, if compare with the standard treatment.
