Marfina N. Administrative responsibility for violation of forest legislation

The thesis deals with complex and comprehensive research into administrative responsibility for violation of forest legislation. The problems of historical ways of becoming and development of administrative responsibility for violation of forest legislation norms as sub-institute of the institute of administrative responsibility have been researched. Significant attention has been drawn to law proxy and classification of the bodies of administrative jurisdiction in the particular field, just causes of pulling to administrative responsibility for forest delict and ways of proceeding in the cases concerning administrative infringement of the law. Analysis of foreign forest legislation and administrative responsibilities for its violation has been conducted. Particular ways of improving up-to-date legislation concerning the problems of administrative responsibility for forest delict and its theoretical basis have been offered.
