Essay

The scientific research deals with the study of precise criteria to differentiation diagnostics of pathological conditions of the uterine cervix by means of experimentally elaborated and clinically tested biophysical method of laser polarimetry of the uterine cervix histological preparations as well as histochemical examination of the uterine cervix connective tissue in case of this pathology. Certain reliable structural distinctions of the uterine cervix subepithelial connective tissue were found in case of background, precancer pathology and early cancer with accurate examination of specific gravity and optical density of the connective tissue. It became a pathogenetic basis to substantiate the method of laser polarimetry. Photometric and polarization criteria of laser diagnostics of uterine cervix pathology which are indicative of malignization are introduced. Practical recommendations to examine patients with uterine cervix pathology are elaborated and introduced into practice. They allow conducting differentiation diagnostics of background, precancer processes and early cancer of the uterine cervix with a high accuracy.
