An object is a process of functioning of ecologo-economichnogo mechanism of the rational use and recreation of lisoresoursnogo potential.A purpose is development of теоретико-methodical positions and practical recommendations in relation to creation of effective ecologo-economichnogo mechanism of the rational use and recreation of lisoresoursnogo potential in the context of providing of steady development. Methods - analytical, system, comparative, graphic, economico-statistichniy, synthesis, factor analysis. Novelty - first ob-rountovano organizational-economic mechanism of management by the production activity of enterprises of forest complex, which unlike existing, takes into account ecological factors, innovative-technological aspects, market forms of menage and new approach is offered in relation to organization of labour on the lisogospodarscih enterprises, essence of which consists in creation of the mobile brigades small on quantity, which in the future became competent proprietors of separatewood lots, for implementation of complex of lisogospodarscih works. Result - a model is improved of optimization of lisoresoursnogo potential on the basis of criteria, which -rountouyotsya on the factors of economic activity and organizational-economic mechanism of forming of priority directions of development of lisoresoursnogo potential, that takes into account the economic-oriented directions of the use of forest resources, organizatsiyno-pravovi and normative levers of lisogospodarscoi activity.
