Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of an estimation of dynamic loading of a structure of the high-speed rolling stock on the basis of inertial measuring systems. It has been suggested the experiment-computing method of calculation of internal dynamic loading of a structure of the railway wagon operated on high-speed railways, quantitative estimating their role during the movement with high speed on a real track. It has been developed the cascade algorithm of calculation of dynamic loading at contact points of structure elements of high-speed vehicle during the movement on a track taking into account the track plan and profile as well as local irregularities. The basic mathematical model of spatial movement of structural elements of the high-speed rolling stock in the form of nonlinear Euler-Lagrange equations is suggested. The technical problem on quantitative estimation of the wheel pair/rail interaction with the account of gyroscopic, Coriolis, centrifugal, tangential inertial forces and moments in passing the rail track local irregularities at high speeds of movement has been solved. The technique of determination of "a safety band" for spatial displacements of a wheel pair and its turns on the rolling, galloping, and hunting angles in the form of the combined projections to a horizontal plane for working surfaces of a wheel and a rail in a contact point with the opportunity of influence on control systems of train motion has been developed.
