Object – postoperative wounds of vagina, microbiological, immunological data of research in women preoperative and postoperative periods; methods of the examination - clinical, microbiological, immunological data of research; novelty – has been achieved that more effective method of postoperative wounds of vagina is the ozoned olive oil applications employment. It has been determined that data of used methods of the examination of general status of patients’ immunity and local immunity of vagina, vagina microbiocenosis in preoperative and postoperative periods are informative and authentic criteria of wound process duration; results – prophylaxis of of postoperative complications in women after vaginal reconstructive-plastic operations; area – medicine.
