Researching perfection and the methods promoting increase of quality indicators of entomological preparation of Trichogramma, reduction of material and power expenses for its manufacture. Three kinds of Trіchogramma genus - T. pіntoі, T. dendrolіmі and T. semblіdіs are differentiated. Polymorphism ITS2 region of rDNA can be used as a marker of a specific accessory to differentiation T. pіntoi. Expedient concentrations of a honey solution for top dressing of Trichogramma are determined. The way of Trichogramma selection on search ability is devised. The basic source of an intensification of biotechnological process of manufacture entomological preparation of Trichogramma is reduction of power inputs on mother culture and increase of an output of a commodity preparation. Application of the new advanced biotechnological process of manufacture entomological preparation of Trichogramma promotes profitability growth up.
