Object - chronic pancreatitis, pseudocysts of a pancreas;the purpose - results improvement in treatment of patients in case of pseudocysts of a pancreas by optimization of the diagnostic program and complex treatment improvement under the control by the dynamic interphase tensionmetry of a bloods and liquid from a cyst; methods - clinico-laboratory, X-Ray, dynamic interphase tensionmetry, morphological, statistical; novelty - improved diagnostic program in case of pseudocysts of a pancreas. The surgical tactics and choice of traditional and advanced operative methods under control by dynamic interphase tensionmetry of serums of a blood and contents from a cyst are proved; Results - introduction of the new and advanced ways of treatment has allowed to decrease quantity of postoperative complications from 28,3% to 10%, a lethality - from 6,7% to 2,5% and to receive good and satisfactory result in the late period at 92,6% of patients, All the methods are introduced in a medical practice, educational process;branch-medicine.
