Essay

The species composition of the phytonematode complex of the temporary nurseries of Kyiv Polissya forest area has been analyzed. 49 species of phytonematodes relating to 41 genus, 21 families and 5 series have been revealed. The important similarity of the species composition of nematodes in different nurseries was determined. The ecotrophic belonging and dominance status of determined species was clarified. Among the factors of the size dynamics on the common pine seedlings it was noted the following: zone of the nursery location, species and age of the wood plants, and weather conditions.Harmfulness of nematodes of the phytohelminth and microhelminth group is manifested by reduction of the total biomass of the pine seedlings and their roots system mass, which fact is confirmed by the presence of negative correlation links between these indexes (from -0,57 to -0,73). The thresholds of harmfulness for the total number of phyto- and microhelminths both for the separate representatives of those ecotrophic groups have been calculated. Was revealed the high efficiency of antinematode seed protectants with insecticide properties - Furadan, 35 ST paste and 40 % Promet 400 (microcapsulated suspension), and with fungicidal properties - 50 % Fundazol powder to be watered that gives a possibility to control the size of harmful nematodes
