Object of research: financial-economic mechanism the ecologization of industrial production and his system-structural construction. Aim of research: development of scientifically-methodical positions to forming the system elements of financial-economic mechanism the ecologization of industrial production taking into account correlation on the stage of goods' vital cycle for providing of the ecological-balanced development economy of Ukraine. Methods of research: system-structural, comparative and statistical analyses, method of logical generalizations, economic-mathematical modelling. Theoretical and practical results and novelty: development of scientifically-methodical positions to the financial-economic providing of ecologization processes the industrial production as basis the ecologic-balanced development of economy. Subject and level of integration: scientifically-methodical recommendations to development of ecological budgets at planning of ecological charges with the selection of their permanent and variable part; methodical positions to the estimation of influencing the ecological charges of enterprise on his financial stability at the analysis of probability of his bankruptcy. Sphere (sector) of using: the complex system ecologization of industrial production on all stages of products' vital cycle.
