Created methodological base for landscape-ecological estimation of the territory. Developed universal algorithm of landscape-ecological estimation of the territory for the aims of gardening. In the process of research it was created the computer program (environment of С++) for the leadthrough of the automated estimation of the territory. After the developed algorithm landscape-ecological estimation of separate parts of Hotin's sublimity for the aims of gardening is conducted.
