Subject matter is discovered and structure of macroeconomic regulation of innovation activities is developed. Factors, which influence on development of innovation processes in national economy, are observed. Perspective branches of innovation activities activation and measures of first priority concerning their application are characterized, influence of innovation processes on level of competitiveness of national economy is discovered possible ways of improvement of macroeconomic regulation of innovation activities in Ukraine are determined.
