Kindiy O. Argumentation of differentiated therapeutic approach in case of premature delivery threat

The goal of the research was to reduce premature delivery rate, the level of perinatal pathology by means of introducing therapeutic institutions of differentiated therapeutic approach and prevention of premature delivery threat. Comparative characteristics of clinical data and evaluation of contractile uterine activity was carried out in the course of physiological pregnancy and premature delivery threat. Peculiarities of placental insufficiency were studied, basing on pathological uterine activity in premature delivery. Condition of peroxide lipid oxidation and antioxidant protective body system, microelementous provision of the pregnant women with premature delivery threat were investigated. Conditions of cellular and humoral immunity, and cytocynic status were researched in premature delivery threat. Investigations of morphologic condition of female feces were carried out in women with premature delivery. Taking into consideration the obtained data, the expediency of differentiated therapeutic approach was proposed and proved in premature delivery by means of singlet-oxidant therapy and coenzyme compositum injections in the course of general basic therapy in premature delivery.
