Karaban V. Interpretation of the civil legislation certificates of Ukraine.

In the dissertation the problem of interpretation of the civil legislation certificates is investigated. In it for the first time putted forward and proved concept of interpretation of the civil legislation certificates, which is suitable for use at law enforcement, and also at processing additions to the Civil code of Ukraine by which activity concerning interpretation of the civil legislation certificates would be stabilized. At interpretation of the civil legislation certificates it is offered to consider that circumstance in which legal instructions are established in such certificates directly, and also follow from them directly and indirectly. Ways of collisions overcoming between law rules, which are established directly, followed from the legislation certificates of directly and indirectly. The bases of an admissible output are defined at interpretation of the civil legislation certificates for the civil legislation certificates borders positions."
