The thesis is devoted to the research and the substantiation of the theoretical and practical questions of legal regulation of obligations that appear on account of Roman Private Law, and their reception in Civil Law of Ukraine. The author analyses the course of appearance and formation of the institute of unreasonable enrichment, its main features under Roman Private Law and also the validations and the character of its reception in Civil Law of Ukraine. The conception of obligations that appear on account of unreasonable enrichment in Modern Ukrainian civilistic, essence and content of corresponding norms of Civil Code of Ukraine are also analysed. A number of propositions for improvement the addition of certain Civil Code principles, concerning this institute are made."
