Gareyev E. Legal protection of inventions.

The thesis is devoted to the research of the system of legal protection of the inventions in Ukraine. The work contains the analysis of legal norm of Civil Code and other legislative acts of Ukraine's legislation, that regulate relations concerning private non-property rights and property rights of intellectual property on inventions. Special attention is paid to the meaning and denotation of the invention in the legislation and the definition of the range of object in which it can be used. The essence of property rights on inventions, the causes and consequences of the ahead of time termination of these rights and the admission of their nullity is also thoroughly analysed in the thesis. Great attention is paid to peculiarities of fulfilment of property rights on employee's inventions and those made by juvenile's. Some suggestions concerning the improvement of current patent legislation norms have been offered."
