Potopalskyi S. Bases and Consequences of Voidance of Entrepreneurial Contracts (on the bases of materials of economic courts practice)

The thesis covers issues related to the complex research of voidance of contracts in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity. In the thesis research the notion of an entrepreneurial contract , the legal nature of contract voidance, types of void contracts, the difference between void and failed contracts, bases and consequences of voidance of entrepreneurial contracts are exam-ined, the practice of economic courts with regard to this issue is analysed. The thesis has a number of specific proposals concerning improvement of the legislation in force which were created and made on the grounds of analysis of the scientific literature, normative and legal basis and practice of economic courts with regard to contract voidance in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity.
