Boyko V. Endoscopic electrosurgery methods of a hemostasis at bleeding gastroduodenal ulcers (clinico-experimental research).

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of treatment of patients with bleeding gastroduodenal ulcers. Investigation is based on results of treatment of 681 patients with bleedings from gastroduodenal ulcers (group FI A, FI B, FIІ A, FIІ B). Among all ulcers, round ulcers of a stomach it is diagnosed at 148 (21,7%), a duodenum at 503 (73,9%), double localization at 30 (4,4%) patients. The estimation of efficacy known and new electrosurgical interventions protected by patents and their combinations for a stopping of an active ulcerative bleeding (FI A, FI B) and prophylaxes of relapse of a bleeding is lead at stigmas (FII A, FII B). High efficacy of all electrosurgical methods of a hemostasis is shown at active bleedings (FI): electrocoagulation at 93,8%, radio-frequency coagulation at 98,4%, argon plasma coagulation at 100%. It is filled, that application radio-frequency and argon plasma coagulation in comparison from an electrocoagulation in group of patients FІ A, FI B reduces frequency of relapse ofa bleeding in 1,8 and 1,7 times, in group of patients FII A, FII B in 2 і 1,9 times.
