Sarychev Y. The differential diagnostics of acute purulent pyelonephritis localized forms and renal neoplasms with treatment tactics substantiation

Dissertation is devoted to the advance of efficacy of acute purulent pyelonephritis localized forms and renal neoplasms differential diagnostics. The investigation was based on evaluation of echosemiotics of infectious purulent process evolution in 51 patients with acute purulent pyelonephritis localized forms and neoangiogenesis in 52 patients with renal neoplasms. Dopplerographic markers of inflammatory tissue destruction and neoplastis angiogenesis were determined on the basis of analysis of renal parenchima microcurculation signs. The high efficiency of Doppler ultrasound in the diagnostics of renal lesions was argued, that doesn't yield computer tomography and magnetic-resonance imaging considering it cost-effectiveness. Rational diagnostics and treatment algorhythm in acute purulent pyelonephritis localized forms was developed.
