Kupriy V. Civil society organizations as policymakers

The object is the participation of civil society organizations in the public policy development process. The objective is the development of theoretical and methodological principles of the democratization of public policy development process, the determination of the role of civil society organizations as policymakers. The methods are systematic, functional, causal-investigational, formal-logical analysis, analysis of situation examples, method of the expert questioning. The newness is that the special complex research of civil society organizations is carried out as policymakers from the point of view of the branch of science "public administration". The results are that existent scientific approaches to determination are generalized and the concept of civil society organizations as policymakers is logically grounded; approaches to the conceptual understanding of the public policy development process in intercommunication with structuralise of influencing and conduct of civil society organizations isimproved; systematization and classification of Ukrainian civil society organizations is improved on the basis of a few different categories.
