Radziyevskyy I. Transformation of the system characteristics of public administration under globalization

The object is the evolution of the state-administrative system on the modern stage of the world development. The objective is finding out and scientific and theoretical justification of the content and peculiarities of the system characteristics transformation of public administration in the conditions of globalization, the development on this basis of the conceptual principles, practical recommendations in relation to the directions of further reformation of the public and administrative system in Ukraine. The methods are systematic, comparative, structural and functional, analogy, concretely-historical analysis. The newness is that the many-sided nature globalization influence on systematic characteristics of public administration is exposed. The results are that theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of concept of public administration is proved; the scientific ground of objective conditionality of evolution of role and functions of the state is improved due to including in the global system of different level management, adaptability of this universal political-legal institute to the fast changing environment, saving of its main place in the management of public processes in internal and external spheres; description of the system of public administration is improved under the impact of globalization.
