Naulik N. The institute of ombudsman in Ukraine and Polish Republic: the comparative research

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the constitutional institute of ombudsman in Ukraine and Polish Republic. In the dissertational research was made the analysis of features of constitutional status of ombudsman in foreign states. It was analysed the becoming of the institute of the representative of the Supreme Rada under human rights and the institute of ombudsman in Polish Republic. The place and a role of Ukrainian and Polish ombudsmen in system of bodies of the governments of Ukraine and Polish Republic were defined. At the research and comparison of influence of Ukrainian and Polish ombudsmen on a situation with protection of human rights in the states were defined main principles of their activity and system of functions. In the dissertation was analysed structure, forms of activity and normative maintenance of ombudsman services in Ukraine and Polish Republic, was defined tendencies of the development this institute in Ukraine
