Essay

The dissertation work is dedicated to the questions of the repairing and protection of the abrasive worn out pipelines for the drainage systems and water-supply. For the restoration of the abrasive worn out pipelines the technological methods were investigated. It can be done by the erection of the concrete or steelfibroconcrete solid pipelines with bearing brass into the pipelines. The technological ways of the initial improvement of concrete's strength by pressing, vacuuming and press-vacuuming were examined. It was established that maximum initial concrete's strength can be achieved by press-vacuuming; the duration of pressing min and vacuuming min; using of the plastic concrete mixture. The technology the erection of the concrete solid-pressing tunnel finishing was examined proceeding from the thesis that the pipelines are the micro-mini-tunnels. As a result the disadvantages of the known technologies were exposed and the basic methods of the development of the technologies for the erection ofsolidpress-vacuuming steelfibroconcrete pipelines with bearing brass were determined. In dissertation work it was developed considering the results of the research: the constructions of repairing; the principles of the estimation of the value pressing effort depending on supporting ability of restoring pipeline; the technology of the restoration of the abrasive worn out and dishermetic pipeline; the technology of the restoration abrasive worn out trough of the pipeline; he press-vacuuming mechanism for realization of developing technologies. The proposing technological decisions permit to make reduction of the repairing cost of abrasive worn out pipelines and to provide their operating long-living.
