Essay

Dissertation is devoted to studying pathogenesis and to increase of efficiency of treatment of patients with atopic dermatitis (AD). For the first time at patients the AD in a stage of an aggravation is studied the intensity of functioning of oxidative and not oxidative ways of metabolism L-arginine in blood , is established activation arginasis way of an exchange. Oppression antioxidant systems on the basis of decrease in activity superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in erythrocytes is revealed. It is shown, that dermatosis at the majority of patients is accompanied unbalance macrocells (decrease in maintenance Mg of serum and erythrocytes, the tendency or increase in level Са erythrocytes, increase of parity Са/Mg erythrocytes). Change of the maintenance stable nitric oxide metabolitesе (NO2-and NO3-), a uric acid, Mg and activity NOS specify the NO-dependent nature of development endothelialis dysfunctions which causes development microcirculation infringements at disease. The originalcomplex method of therapy of patients is developed by preparations of metabolic action ("Glutargini", "Tri-V Plus ", "Magnerot") which allows to reach positive results at 92,6 % of patients to reduce terms of treatment in 1,5 times, decrease quantity of relapses in 2,2 times.
