Essay

Present dissertation is dedicated to the treatment efficacy increase of patients with posttraumatic myofascial pain syndrome of upper extremities by developing some differentiated approaches to application of reflexotherapy based on acupuncture algorithm. On basis of clinical-instrumental studies there has been developed an acupuncture PMPSUE algorithm, which reflects dependence of level and method of acupuncture influence on the intension degree, course type, clinical-functional and reflexodiagnostic characteristics of the syndrome. There has been proved, that the offered method of differentiated acupuncture allows to reach the 100% efficacy and increases the treatment value due to good and excellent results (86,3%). There has been determined a possibility of acupuncture application at acute PMPSUE course as monotherapy and at chronic course – in complex medical rehabilitation.
