Essay

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of pathogenic interrelations between the parameters of dysadaptation, dysmetabolism, immune dysfunction, uric syndrome and clinical displays and their changes under the influence of the balneal factors of Truskavets’ Spa Resort among participants of the liquidation of the consequences of Accident on CHNPP, who have chronic pyelonephritis calculosa.It is shown that investigated contingent have deviations of metabolism and adaptation normal indices. There was revealed the metabolic-hormonal consequences subordination to some extent on practically all immunity registered parameters. The adaptation index grows under the balneal therapy influence, as a quantitative adaptogenic actions criterion of the balneal reasons. It is accompanied by the metabolic processes positive changes connected with the protective systems activity. The final state of immunity and uric syndrome is predefined by all initial metabolic and hormonal parameters and can be predicted with 95.7%accuracy.
