The dissertation is devoted to studiers the features of condition of endogenous intoxication of 202 patients in with psoriasis of different age groups by means of information-index parameters. The activity ceruloplasmin, the activity of superoxiddismutasis erythrocytes index of endogenous intoxication, the level of the maintenance of molecules of average weight, electrocedimentation potential, the maintenance of malonic dialdegid, the maintenance of hydroperoxides of lipids, the activity of cellular enzymes: sukcinaddehidrogenas, mieloperoxidas in blood of patients, the concentration of homocysteine - their roles in the pathogenesis of dermatosis and the age features.
