Genre peculiarities of not well investigated varieties of the adventure and school novel in henology have been defined on world outlooking, aesthetic, image, chronotype and linguistic levels. At first the term "adventure and school novel" has been offered regarding Ukrainian and foreign formation traditions of this genre.Reader's reception specifics of the investigated novels has been determined and analyzed.
