Tarangul V. The Legal Regulations of Interbudgetary Relations in Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to the complex study of the problems of the legal regulation of interbudgetary relations of Ukraine in transitive to market conditions economy and development of basic directions of its perfection. Theoretical and methodological conditions of the legal regulation of interbudgetary relations are considered, some principles and defined and specified. Foreign experience of the legal regulation of interbudgetary relations is selected and its basic principles are defined. Differentiation of public financial interests of the state and local self-government agencies in order to define budgetary jurisdictions and plenary powers of local and state power agencies is selected. Interbudgetary relations between subjects of both legislative and executive branches of power are considered, the basic contradictions in their legislative provision are selected and the ways of improvement of the legal regulation of interbudgetary relations in Ukraine are defined.
