On the basis of the clinical instrumental research the structure of forming of the speech disorders and its dynamics under the influence of the complex rehabilitation treatment together with the evaluation of the general functional renewal of the patients after different types of cerebral stroke are studied. The peculiarities of the emotional disorders in dependence upon the character of the speech disorders as a result of the cerebral stroke is revealed, and its dynamics after the rehabilitation treatment is studied. The condition of cerebral gemodynamics of patients with the cerebral stroke consequences is studied as well as its influence on the renewal of the neurological functions. The effectiveness of the elaborated complex of the rehabilitation programmers to improve speech disorders and functional outcome of patients after the cerebral stroke is proved.
