The object is movement process of material resources; the goal to development theoretical and methodological conditions of accounting and control functions in the system of material supply production management; the methods are historic, theoretical generalization, grouping, comparing, analysis, synthesis, statistical; the outcomes - the models of analytical accounting are improved, distribution of all managerial functions in the structure of logistic support are grounded, methods of control are make more precised; the novelty for the first time a model of material resources classification has been built, approach to introduction of accounting and control ecologically clear material resources and material resources that have been got from returned items; all this thesis has been developed by economic activity of confectionary enterprises and in the education process; the field of application is confectionary industry, professional pedagogues.
